Privacy policy
Last updated: August 2026. This policy explains what we collect when you visit richteensclub.com, why we collect it, and how you can have it removed.
Who we are
Rich Teens Club operates this website. For any privacy request, use our contact form and select "Something else" as the topic.
What we collect
When you subscribe to our newsletter
We collect the email address you enter and a record of the consent you gave, including which page you subscribed from. We use this only to send you the content you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
When you use the contact form
We collect your email address, your message, the topic you selected, and your name if you choose to provide it. We use this solely to reply to you and to act on corrections.
When you simply browse the site
If you accept analytics cookies, we collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, approximate location (country or region level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is aggregated and we do not use it to identify you personally.
If you decline, analytics storage stays disabled and this data is not collected. The site works exactly the same either way.
Our hosting provider also processes standard server request data, including IP addresses, as a normal part of delivering the site securely.
Legal basis for processing
We rely on your consent for the newsletter and for analytics cookies — both require you to actively opt in, and you can withdraw either at any time. For replying to your contact form message, we rely on consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our own content.
Cookies
We use two categories:
- Essential — a single local storage entry recording your cookie choice, so we do not ask again on every page. This is set regardless of your choice, because it stores the choice itself.
- Analytics — set by Google Analytics 4, and only after you select "Accept all". Choosing "Essential only" means Google Consent Mode keeps analytics and advertising storage denied.
To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser settings; the cookie banner will appear again on your next visit.
Who processes your data
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services required to run the site:
- Netlify — hosting and form submissions. Newsletter and contact form entries are stored in our Netlify account.
- Google Analytics 4 — website analytics, only with your consent.
- Our email provider — once connected, subscriber addresses will be stored with an email service provider for the purpose of sending the newsletter. We will update this policy with the provider's name when that is in place.
Some of these providers operate outside the European Economic Area, which may involve transferring your data internationally under the safeguards those providers maintain.
Affiliate links and how they work
Some links on this site are affiliate links, marked as sponsored. When you click one, you are redirected through our own /go/ address and then on to the provider. We record that the click happened and which offer it was, so we know which content is useful. We do not attach your identity to that record.
Once you land on a provider's site, their privacy policy applies to anything you do there, not ours. They may set their own cookies to track that the referral came from us.
Details of the commercial relationship are on our how we make money page.
How long we keep it
Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Contact form messages are kept while we deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards for reference. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics property.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these, message us through the contact form. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority; in Bulgaria that is the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
Children
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when what we collect changes — for example when we connect an email provider or add a new analytics tool. The date at the top reflects the last revision.
A note on scope
This policy describes our actual data practices in plain terms. It is not legal advice, and we are not lawyers. If you operate in a regulated context and need certainty about compliance, have a qualified professional review it against your jurisdiction.
